Mark Linzmeier- President and Chief Executive Officer
Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was raised on a 75 cow dairy in Northeast Wisconsin. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. Mark earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1992 and just recently completed his 25th year as a CPA. He has a unique perspective on price risk management and its application to the dairy industry as he has spent 5 years owning and managing his own dairy operation. During his professional career he spent 6 years in large scale agricultural lending for FBS Ag Credit, Inc. (also known as US Bancorp Ag Credit, Inc.) which had production and processing borrowers in dairy, grain merchandising, beef feeding and processing and various other agricultural industries in over 35 states across the country with loans up to $250 million.
Mark was Executive Vice President and spent over 7 years in executive management of the Smithfield Beef Group which had annual revenues of over $3 billion and was the fifth largest beef processor in the USA and the largest cattle feeder in the world. His main responsibilities included the projection and attainment of day to day profitability in a highly volatile commodity industry, all mergers and acquisitions, all cattle carcass yield determinations and measurement and price risk management of the cattle feeding operation. Currently he owns Linzmeier Business Solutions, LLC, a certified public accounting firm in Green Bay, Wisconsin that specializes in working with dairy producers and related agricultural companies across the United States. He provides audit, tax and business valuation services, as well as overall strategic business advice on improving profitability and processes.
In 2012 Mark co-founded Dairy Analyzer LLCTM and was the innovative force behind the development of the MARGINSMART®. He designed the overall concept of MARGINSMART® and has worked extensively with outside professional software developers to turn the original concept into a web-based program.
Mark brings an exceptional level of experience to MARGINSMART®, which includes: 1) owning and operating his own dairy farming operation, 2) the expertise of being a Certified Public Accountant, 3) agricultural lending to many leading agricultural industries and companies across the United States, 4) over 7 years of responsibility for making management decisions for an agricultural entity with over $3 Billion per year in revenue, 5) price risk management experience in agricultural commodities (including the largest cattle feeding operation in the world) and 6) has developed industry leading computer profitability forecast programs in several industries.

Jared Dalebroux – Customer Service Representative
Jared was born and raised on his family’s 170 cow dairy farm in Luxemburg, WI. He has been involved in many different tasks there includes cleaning, feeding, field work, various maintenance, and milking; all of which has helped him become very knowledgeable in the dairy field.
Jared is a graduate from Luxemburg-Casco High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where he graduated with a degree in Accounting in January of 2015. Jared currently lives in Luxemburg, WI on his family’s farm.
Jared joins MARGINSMART® with a wealth of experience within the dairy industry mainly from working on his family’s dairy farm his whole life. While working full time for MARGINSMART® he stays involved with his family’s farm operation so that he keeps attuned to the dairy world. His accounting knowledge will also be beneficial especially when working with customers with their financial projections. Incorporating both his accounting and financial knowledge, along with his operational activities on the dairy allows Jared to provide key customer service to all MARGINSMART® customers
As a Customer Service Representative, Jared is responsible for customer set-ups, updates, and follow-up items with potential and current clients. His responsibilities include setting up new accounts, routine and frequent updates to existing customer accounts, answering any questions a customer may have, and providing any other customer service to the MARGINSMART® customer base.
