Customer Service-  Each license includes a set amount of hours to be used during your license period to assist you with basic questions on the operation of MARGINSMART^®.  Additional hours above this can be purchased individually or in blocks to assist with any additional requests that you may have.

Data Management- MARGINSMART^® is completely customized for your situation to offer you individualized solutions for your situation.  We can assist you with your data entry and other needs.  MARGINSMART^® offers several options where you purchase blocks of time to enter your farm’s data.  Under this option, you can expect the following:

• An initial phone call to discuss your goals and objectives
• You send MARGINSMART^® your initial information
• On a regular basis you send any updates or changes to MARGINSMART^®
• MARGINSMART^® will completely maintain your farm’s information so that everything is current
• You simply log in to MARGINSMART^® to review reports and make decisions!
